New business launch system
A launch fails quietly when the business can be found but cannot capture, or captures but cannot follow up. We build the minimum connected system that lets a new business take an enquiry properly on day one.
- Includes
- Site, offer, capture, CRM, tracking
- Sequence
- Capture before campaigns
- Handover
- Documented and owned by you
- Typical range
- $15,000–$60,000 project
The launch order that works
Positioning and offer first, then the pages that carry them, then capture and follow-up, then measurement, and only then paid traffic. Spending on traffic before capture works is the most common launch mistake we see.
- Positioning and offer
- Site and key pages
- Capture, routing, follow-up
- Analytics and attribution
- Then, and only then, campaigns
How an engagement actually runs
Every engagement follows the same four steps, in the same order. We do not start building before the architecture is agreed, and we do not agree architecture before we have seen the evidence.
- Diagnose — a Business X-Ray of what is publicly observable, plus your own numbers where you have them
- Architect — a written current-state and target-state map, with the sequence and effort behind each step
- Build — implemented in priority order, with each phase usable before the next begins
- Measure — tracking, dashboards and a review rhythm so decisions come from evidence
What we do not do
We do not register your entity, give legal or tax advice, or promise a launch will succeed. Those are for your attorney, your accountant and the market.
What we will not tell you
We will not promise a ranking, a lead volume, a conversion rate or a revenue figure. Anyone who does is guessing. What we will do is show you the arithmetic behind any projection, label what is measured versus estimated, and tell you plainly when something is unknown.
Common questions
- How fast can a launch system be live?
- Typically four to ten weeks depending on scope and how quickly content and decisions come back.
- Can you help with the offer itself?
- Yes — offer definition and pricing structure are part of the assessment.
