How to start a business that can actually take customers

Most starting advice covers registration and branding, then stops right before the part that determines whether revenue arrives: can a stranger find you, understand the offer, raise a hand, and get a fast reply?

The checklist

Work top to bottom. Each item is only done when a stranger could complete it without help from you.

  • Say who it is for and what changes for them, in one sentence
  • Publish one page per thing you sell, not one page for everything
  • Put a name-and-phone form on every page, above the fold on mobile
  • Answer new enquiries within an hour during business hours
  • Log every enquiry in one place with an owner and a next action
  • Track which page and source produced each enquiry
  • Only then buy traffic

Where people lose money

Paid traffic pointed at a page with no capture. A CRM nobody updates. A brand refresh before there is anything to measure. Each is expensive and each is avoidable.

What we will not tell you

We will not promise a ranking, a lead volume, a conversion rate or a revenue figure. Anyone who does is guessing. What we will do is show you the arithmetic behind any projection, label what is measured versus estimated, and tell you plainly when something is unknown.

Common questions

Do you help new businesses or only established ones?
Both. New businesses usually start with the launch system; established ones start with an assessment.
Is there legal or tax help?
No. We are not attorneys or accountants and do not give legal or tax advice.
