Website and platform development
A website is a business system, not a brochure. It should load fast on a phone, be usable with a keyboard and a screen reader, be structured so search engines understand it, and capture enquiries with tracking attached.
- Performance
- Measured, not assumed
- Accessibility
- Labels, contrast, keyboard paths
- Structure
- One URL per intent, schema
- Capture
- On every page
Non-negotiables in every build
These are not upgrades. A page without them is not finished.
- A unique title, description and canonical on every page
- Real headings, real labels, alt text on meaningful images
- Responsive images and restrained payloads
- Name-and-phone capture plus call and text
- Named conversion events on every action
How an engagement actually runs
Every engagement follows the same four steps, in the same order. We do not start building before the architecture is agreed, and we do not agree architecture before we have seen the evidence.
- Diagnose — a Business X-Ray of what is publicly observable, plus your own numbers where you have them
- Architect — a written current-state and target-state map, with the sequence and effort behind each step
- Build — implemented in priority order, with each phase usable before the next begins
- Measure — tracking, dashboards and a review rhythm so decisions come from evidence
Content is part of the build
Pages without substance do not earn traffic or trust. We plan depth per page — what it must actually answer — instead of shipping placeholders.
What we will not tell you
We will not promise a ranking, a lead volume, a conversion rate or a revenue figure. Anyone who does is guessing. What we will do is show you the arithmetic behind any projection, label what is measured versus estimated, and tell you plainly when something is unknown.
Common questions
- Do you redesign existing sites?
- Yes, and often the better first step is fixing structure, speed, capture and tracking rather than the visual design.
- Who hosts it?
- Whatever suits you. Ownership and access stay with your business.
