Capstone Metals: one governed operating system for growth
This is our own operating system, not a borrowed testimonial. It shows the architecture Capstone uses to connect public education, enquiry capture, customer operations, research, distribution and executive decisions while keeping consequential actions under human control.
- Evidence
- First-party architecture
- Model
- Shared data, distinct brands
- Governance
- Human approval at risk gates
- Measurement
- Lead-to-revenue attribution
The starting problem
Capstone needed more than a marketing website. The operating model had to support education, precious-metals inventory, customer accounts, orders, consulting, video, current-events research, search visibility and multiple brands without creating disconnected tools or unreviewed automation.
The connected architecture
Public pages and tools create measurable actions. Those actions enter shared customer and opportunity records. Research, search, video and campaign systems contribute evidence to Watchtower, which ranks decisions and sends consequential work to a person for approval.
- Public layer — education, products, guides, diagnostics and consultation booking
- Customer layer — identity, enquiries, orders, funding instructions and consent
- Growth layer — search, content, video, distribution and attribution
- Intelligence layer — evidence-labelled findings, priorities and executive briefs
- Governance layer — approval, audit history, reversibility and protected actions
What is operating now
The implemented platform includes public content and commerce paths, a consulting funnel and Business X-Ray, lead and opportunity pipelines, analytics attribution, current-events and source systems, video intelligence, search-control workflows, and an administrative command center. Missing feeds are reported as data gaps rather than estimated around.
What this case study proves — and what it does not
FACT: the connected architecture, controls and workflows exist in Capstone's platform. FACT: the system records enquiries, opportunities, approvals and revenue supplied by authorized staff. It does not prove a guaranteed ranking, conversion lift or revenue result. Those outcomes require measured production data over time.
How an engagement actually runs
Every engagement follows the same four steps, in the same order. We do not start building before the architecture is agreed, and we do not agree architecture before we have seen the evidence.
- Diagnose — a Business X-Ray of what is publicly observable, plus your own numbers where you have them
- Architect — a written current-state and target-state map, with the sequence and effort behind each step
- Build — implemented in priority order, with each phase usable before the next begins
- Measure — tracking, dashboards and a review rhythm so decisions come from evidence
What we will not tell you
We will not promise a ranking, a lead volume, a conversion rate or a revenue figure. Anyone who does is guessing. What we will do is show you the arithmetic behind any projection, label what is measured versus estimated, and tell you plainly when something is unknown.
Common questions
- Is this a client testimonial?
- No. It is a documented case study of Capstone's own operating platform and its implemented architecture.
- Can this architecture be adapted to another business?
- Yes, but only after documenting that business's systems, constraints, customer journey and approval requirements.
- Does the automation publish or spend without approval?
- No. Sensitive publishing, spending, pricing, contracts, customer data and regulated actions remain human-approved.
