Development partnership — build platforms with us
We build business platforms faster than a conventional shop, on an architecture that already runs a live operating business. We are opening that capacity to partners: developers who want to deliver work at senior rates without carrying a whole studio, agencies with clients whose builds keep stalling, and advisors who simply want to refer work and be paid for it.
- Proof
- A live platform we built and run
- Model
- Delivery, white label or referral
- Splits
- Agreed in writing per engagement
- Pricing floor
- Margin-protected, no undercutting
Why the arithmetic is attractive
Work of the scope we already build carries conventional price tags of $150,000 to $1,500,000 per platform. AI-accelerated delivery under human review compresses the implementation hours behind those numbers without compressing the architecture, security or accuracy work. The gap between conventional price and actual delivery cost is the partnership opportunity — and it is an opportunity, not a forecast: nothing is earned until a client signs and the work ships.
- One mid-sized platform per month at conventional pricing sits in the low hundreds of thousands of dollars of billable scope
- Several such engagements in a quarter reach seven figures of billable scope
- These are illustrative price-to-scope calculations, not revenue we are reporting or promising
Three ways to partner
Pick the involvement you actually want. Each is documented, with scope, splits, ownership and confidentiality in writing before work starts.
- Delivery partner — you build alongside us on live engagements, paid per phase
- White-label partner — your client relationship, our architecture and delivery underneath
- Referral partner — you introduce, we scope and deliver, you are paid an agreed percentage on collected revenue
What we bring to a joint engagement
Partners do not start from a blank repository. The architecture, governance patterns and delivery discipline already exist and are in production on this site.
- A production platform pattern: routing, auth, roles, commerce, CRM, content and dashboards
- Approval-first automation so nothing publishes or spends without a human decision
- Search and measurement infrastructure built in, not bolted on
- Security and privacy policies, tests and preflight checks that gate releases
What we expect from partners
The standard is the same one we hold ourselves to, because a partner's work carries our name.
- Written scope before building; no verbal commitments to clients
- No promised rankings, lead volumes or revenue figures
- Client ownership of code, accounts and data
- Evidence-labelled reporting: measured, estimated and unknown kept distinct
How an engagement actually runs
Every engagement follows the same four steps, in the same order. We do not start building before the architecture is agreed, and we do not agree architecture before we have seen the evidence.
- Diagnose — a Business X-Ray of what is publicly observable, plus your own numbers where you have them
- Architect — a written current-state and target-state map, with the sequence and effort behind each step
- Build — implemented in priority order, with each phase usable before the next begins
- Measure — tracking, dashboards and a review rhythm so decisions come from evidence
What we will not tell you
We will not promise a ranking, a lead volume, a conversion rate or a revenue figure. Anyone who does is guessing. What we will do is show you the arithmetic behind any projection, label what is measured versus estimated, and tell you plainly when something is unknown.
Common questions
- What are the splits?
- They depend on who owns the relationship and who carries the delivery hours, and they are agreed in writing per engagement. Referral percentages are paid on collected revenue, not on signed contract value.
- Do I need to be a developer?
- No. Referral partners need access to businesses with real systems problems. Delivery partners need engineering ability and the discipline to work to a written architecture.
- Is there an upfront fee to partner?
- No. We do not sell partnerships. We agree scope and terms, then work.
- How do I see proof before committing?
- Read the case study of the platform we built and run, then ask for a walkthrough of the admin systems behind it. Working software is better evidence than a deck.
