CRM consulting and implementation

A CRM fails for one of three reasons: the stages do not match how the business actually sells, data entry costs more than it returns, or nothing depends on it. We fix the design before the tool.

Design that survives contact with the team

We trace real deals, define the smallest set of stages that describe them, and make each stage change produce something useful — a task, a reminder, a metric — so updating the CRM is worth the keystroke.

  • Stage model from real deals
  • Automatic capture where possible
  • Owner and next action on every record
  • Reporting that leaders actually read

How an engagement actually runs

Every engagement follows the same four steps, in the same order. We do not start building before the architecture is agreed, and we do not agree architecture before we have seen the evidence.

  • Diagnose — a Business X-Ray of what is publicly observable, plus your own numbers where you have them
  • Architect — a written current-state and target-state map, with the sequence and effort behind each step
  • Build — implemented in priority order, with each phase usable before the next begins
  • Measure — tracking, dashboards and a review rhythm so decisions come from evidence

Migration and clean-up

Duplicate contacts, dead records and inconsistent fields are handled explicitly, with a documented merge policy rather than an import and hope.

What we will not tell you

We will not promise a ranking, a lead volume, a conversion rate or a revenue figure. Anyone who does is guessing. What we will do is show you the arithmetic behind any projection, label what is measured versus estimated, and tell you plainly when something is unknown.

Common questions

Do we need a custom CRM?
Usually not. Most businesses are better served by a well-configured existing CRM; we build custom only where the process is genuinely unusual.
Can you rescue an existing CRM?
Yes. Redesign and clean-up is a common engagement.
